A pajzs kerek talpú doborpajzs. Két oldalról faágak veszik körül, mindkettő zöld színű, jobb oldalon tölgy, baloldalon fűzfaág (a címer mögül nézve), amelyek egymást keresztezik a pajzscsúcsnál.
A pajzsmező egyszer vágott, a pajzsfő és a pajzsderék kék színű, a pajzstalp ívesen vágott zöld színű. Az íves vágáson jobb oldalra néző fehér színű ló jobb lábát lépéstartásba emeli. A pajzsfőt liliom korona zárja, a korona alapszíne arany, az abroncson piros és zöld színű körök, a liliomcsúcsok piros színű körökkel díszítettek.
A középső liliomcsúcson szárnyait kitáró fehér galamb.
A pajzstalp alatt Lórév felirat, alatta a település szerb nyelvű megnevezése.
