A pajzsláb közepén lebegő arany ekevas, felette lebegő arany csoroszlya, mindkettő fektetve, élükkel lefelé fordítva.
A felső vörös mezőben lebegő, lóhere végű ezüst latin kereszt.
A pajzsot kétoldalról 1-1 lebegő, szárán alul keresztbetett, kétfelé ágazó arany hajdinaszál övezi, 2-2 virággal és 1-1 levéllel.
A pajzs felett lebegő, a növényekhez kapcsolódó, fecskefarok-végződésű, íves arany szalagon feketével nagybetűs Györe felirat.
A településnév előtt és után 1-1 díszpont.

The coat-of-arms of the local authority: triangular shield erect with field gules and base vert.
In the middle of the base a ploughshare or, above it a coulter or, both couped and bladed downwards.
The upper field gules bears a Latin cross ending in a trefoil.
The shield is flanked on both sides by two buckwheats or, couped, with two flowers and one leaf respectively, branching into two, the stems are crossed.
Above the shield on a swallow tailed, concave scroll or the motto Györe is borne in majuscules sable. The name of the settlement is preceded and followed by an ornamental dot.
