Oldalt befelé hajló szélű, felül vágott három részre osztott ásópajzs, felső részén aranyszínű „Felsőpáhok” felirattal. Felső baloldali egyharmadában zöld mezőben arany színű szőlőfürt levéllel és préselő dézsával, jobb oldalán felül zöld mezőben arany színű állatbőr és fekete színű, a bőr megmunkálásához használt lapát és gereblye látható.
Az alsó pólyában kék mezőben három arany színű halom, benne keresztbe tett alabárd és szablya.
A jelképek a szőlőművelésre, a község nevében szereplő egykori foglalkozásra, a bőrpáholásra és a valamikori három „páh” településen élő zalavári vár katonaságához tartozó várjobbágyokra utalnak.

These emblems are references to local viniculture and to an old prrofession, once so common in the village. ’Páhol’ means ’to prepare the skin’. The scimitar and the axe are references to to the settlement’s one-time villeins, who belonged to the garrison of Zalavár and who lived in a so-called ’páh’ settlement.
