Pajzs: álló, háromszögű pajzs kék mezejében lebegő helyzetű, szárán összefogott három arany búzakalász.
Sisak: szembe fordult, arannyal ékített és vörössel bélelt pántos ezüst sisak, vörössel és kékkel ékített arany heraldikai koronával.
Sisakdísz: a sisakkoronából növekvő, jobbra fordult arany szarvas.
Takarók: mindkét oldalon kék-arany.
Felirat: a címer alatt lebegő, hármas tagolású íves arany szalagon feketével nagybetűs CSEBÉNY felirat. A településnév előtt és után egy-egy díszpont.
(megjegyzés: a heraldikai leírásokban a címertani bal és jobb oldalak mindig ellentétesek a nézeti képpel, ugyanis a címertan szabálya értelmében mindig a címeres pajzsot viselő harcos szemszögéből írjuk le a címert. Esetünkben ezért jobbra fordult a sisakdíszben megjelenő szarvas!)

Shield: In field azure of a triangular shield erect three ears of wheat or, couped are borne, the stems are fastened.
Helmet: a barred helmet agent, borne affronté, adorned or and lined gules with a heraldic coronet or adorned with gules and azure.
Crest: Issuing from the coronet a deer or, facing dexter.
Mantlings: azure-or on both sides.
Motto: Below the coat-of-arms on a triple-sectioned concave scroll or the motto CSEBÉNY is borne in majuscules sable. The name of the settlement is preceded and followed by an ornamental dot.
(note: in heraldic descriptions the right and left sides are inversed because according to the rules of heraldry the shield is described in the point of view of the holder. That is why the deer is facing dexter.)
