Álló háromszögű pajzs ezüst mezejében alul kék víz felett magasodó zöld hármashalom. A kék mezőben a halmok zöldjébe is felnyúló, íves fekete barlangbejárat, alul-felül ezüst cseppkőképződményekkel. Az ezüst mezőben a szélső halmokon álló, jobbra tekintő, kiterjesztett szárnyú, vörössel fegyverzett fekete sas. A címerpajzs alatt lebegő, hármas tagolású, fecskefarok-végződésű íves arany szalagon feketével nagybetűs ABALIGET felirat. A településnév előtt és után egy-egy díszpont.

In field argent of a triangular shield erect a triple mound vert is issuing from water azure. In the field azure a concave cave entrance sable with dripstones argent above and below stretches into the vert of the triple mound. In the field argent on the side mounds an eagle sable armed gules, displayed, facing to the dexter. Below the coat-of-arms on a triple sectioned, swallow tailed concave scroll or the motto ABALIGET is borne in majuscules sable. The name of the settlement is preceded and followed by an ornamental dot.
